I Work Out!

So, about a month ago I decided to get off my lazy ass and start working out. I had packed on a good 30 pounds in a little over a year and I couldn’t stand my reflection. A month later I am seeing results and I’m proud of myself. My stomach is slimming down and firming up, my thighs are looking trim and that back muffin top is gone! I work out 5 days a week. I run on my elliptical for 2 or 3 miles and do a half hour of ab exercises. I have cut down my portion sizes and shit food.. eating a lot of fruits snd veggies. I’ve decided not to “cut out” any type of food like carbs or sugar or gluten. I love all food and I won’t punish myself.

Some think its odd that I’m not weighing myself and taking measurements but I refuse to get hung up on a number and get down on myself. I want to look in the mirror and see a healthy looking body and I want to feel good whether its at a size 2 or a size 6. Is that weird?

I’ve eaten a lot of roasted or pan seared veggies with olive oil and garlic with fresh herbs, kimchi, eggs, ground turkey, etc.

Working out is a bitch for me but I love the results. Can not wait to fit back into my pants and jeans with no muffin top!!
